Outward and Inward

Everything organic in the material world festers and decays. All fruits, vegetables, insects, and animals, including us humans, when our time comes, eventually decay and become star dust. Yes, I said star dust because, as I have mentioned in previous posts, everything in the cosmos, including our own solar system with its planets and moons, was largely made possible by star dust, scientifically speaking as well as poetically. Anyhow, in this post, I want to focus more on our inner world. Yes, we can all see the outer world, but we certainly cannot see our inner world so well unless we are equipped with the right tools or understanding, especially when dealing with trauma and dissociation.

When we talk about outward or inward, we are obviously referring to two completely different directions and two distinct natures. If we observe something manifest outwardly, we can all witness it and eventually see the same phenomenon taking place. When something manifests inwardly, we have to observe with a completely different set of tools, and the experts will eventually get to the bottom of the issue, although more time is often required.

Beyond physical phenomena, there is another dimension that still contains a lot of mystery for us humans, and that is the mind (and the soul). While there is an entire field dedicated to studying the brain, psychiatry, and other related disciplines, to this day we have yet to fully understand the depths of how our mind is intrinsically connected to our human experience, as well as how it may be universally connected to the cosmos, whether through alternate mind-inducing states like mysterious dreams, exotic plants, meditation, out of body experiences, near-death experiences, or other methods.

While the soul has more of a religious connotation attached to it, for the sake of this post, I do not want to delve into comparative religious studies and turn this into a 30-minute read or more. If I ever mention the soul, I want us to connect it to the heart field, or the center of our body in the chest. For the old sages in the East, this was known as the heart chakra. If you ever got to read the first book I published myself, because no one wanted to publish it for whatever reason and trust me, I tried contacting over one hundred publishing houses, if not more, you’ll see that I spoke about the heart chakra and how newer scientific studies suggest that the heart’s electromagnetic field responds before conscious awareness kicks in, acting almost like another center of intelligence. This is where intuition lies as well.

Mind, memory, soul

If there is one thing that makes us equal in this world, it is human function. Human function, while complex due to various cultural and moral boundaries, is similar in all of us, as it is intrinsically linked to our nervous system. For instance, when we as humans study animal behavior, we can understand how an animal’s history influences its many functions, such as social behavior, adaptive qualities, survival instincts, and so forth.

In humans, the nervous system is made of the brain, the spinal cord, and a vast network of nerves. It is located in the head, runs down the spine, and spreads throughout the entire body. It rests within and alongside muscles, organs, and tissues, constantly carrying messages that keep us alive and responsive. It is responsible for how we sense, respond, adapt, and survive. It regulates basic functions like breathing, heart rate, digestion, movement, and sleep, but it also governs how we process emotions, stress, danger, and safety.

Now the brain has two core functions. One is to keep us alive and safe, and the second is to store memories properly. When I found out that storing memories properly is a big deal for our brains, I wanted to know more. So, storing memories in our brains is the second core function for humans because it helps maintain a sense of continuity, meaning knowing who we are over time. I mean, if we didn’t know who we were over time, think of the disaster this human experience would be. Storing and organizing memories properly helps us adapt, build relationships, make sense of the world, learn from experience to guide future behavior, and regulate emotions, attention, and decision-making.

While this sounds all neat and tidy, it can actually get quite complicated, especially when the nervous system is overwhelmed by stress and survival overrides memory. This is something I will elaborate on further in this post.

Violation, Trauma, Dissociation

Content note: The following section touches on themes of violation, trauma, and dissociation. Please read at your own pace.

Violation comes from the Latin violatio, from violare, meaning to treat with force, to dishonor, to transgress, or to break a boundary. At its core, violation means crossing a line that is not meant to be crossed. That is why it is universal in all human systems. Whether it is a violation of speed laws, property, consent, or trust, the structure remains the same. A boundary exists, and if breached, there are consequences.

In the cosmos, boundaries exist through orbits and forces. Planets follow precise orbital paths governed by gravity. Each body has its place and trajectory. If a planet were to suddenly break its orbit or cross into another’s path, the system would become unstable. Collisions, ejections, or collapse would inevitably follow, and the system would no longer function as it currently does.

While I am not a clinical psychologist nor wish to be at this point, I will only mention a couple of examples worth noting. Humans become more complex when boundaries are blurred at an early age. While the causes differ in each family or similar relationship dynamics, the consequences remain. Oftentimes, because the mind overrides memory in violation of boundaries for survival and adaptation, memories are lost and not stored properly. Meaning, the person sensing danger and overwhelm is not preoccupied with understanding or remembering, but with getting through the moment. Memories are then stored as feelings like fear, shame, panic, dread, or body sensations like tightness, pain, numbness, pressure, and/or images or fragments without a full narrative reaction, without a clear “why.”

While there are many consequences to violations in early childhood that result in trauma with various mental disorders, such as Dissociative Identity Disorder, CPTSD, attachment-related disorders, and mood and anxiety disorders, an example worth noting is parentification. We often hear this term mentioned and thrown around on social media lately, but please be very mindful in doing so, as trauma is dangerous if not dealt with properly and should be taken very seriously.

While dissociation is a protective response where the mind disconnects from identity, thoughts, memories, emotions, or sensations under overwhelm, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) is a rare and severe condition, usually rooted in chronic childhood trauma, involving distinct identity states and significant memory gaps between them. When someone with DID is about to have another Identity take over, they will often describe it as feeling like they are going to sleep. Hence, memory gaps between identities.

Parentification is a dynamic where a child is pushed into an emotional or protective role toward a parent, often becoming the caretaker, confidant, or defender. Over time, this blurs boundaries so deeply that survival-driven attachment and responsibility can be mistaken for love, even romantic love, regardless of gender. When a child is highly empathic, the parent may allow this dynamic to continue or fail to stop it, especially if the parent lacks the ability to self-regulate and unconsciously leans on the child to meet emotional needs the child was never meant to carry.

Trauma and Demonic Possession | Dissociation

If you ever felt that you had a demonic attachment or were undergoing some form of demonic possession, a good and grounded priest would likely do you the favor of sending you to a psychotherapist first, one who is trauma-informed at the very least. People often underestimate the severity of undermining our humanity, what actually makes us human in the first place. We tend to think that addressing our basic human side is weak, and we skip straight from zero to hero. What turns a hero into a bitter villain is often the silent wounds that fester within. They’re silent because there are no words to make sense of what’s happening, or a grounded and logical perspective from which to process what we are internally going through. The soul slowly, surely, and silently festers until one is completely consumed by what happened and begins to act autonomously, as if driven by an external force that cannot be defeated.

Trauma, when resurfaced due to an overload on the nervous system, is no walk in the park. Old survival patterns activate without context. Emotions, sensations, and fear come up faster than the mind can organize them. This is why people are so afraid that they are going to lose control. When an internal overload happens, where dissociation, fear, and stored survival responses flood awareness all at once, it feels like an external entity has taken possession of your body. It is by far the most disgusting and scariest psychological or spiritual phenomenon a person can ever go through. The only thing you seek at that point is to get this disgusting thing out of yourself, and that is because the energy that has been held in your body for years is suddenly flooding your nervous system, bouncing all over from behind the eyes to the lower lumbar spine, with pressure within both sides of the brain constantly moving and even taking over your body movement, with your throat swelling, nausea, vomiting, etc.

If there is one piece of advice I can give to a reader here, it is to never let fear consume you. You have to be still in the eye of the storm. If you are not equipped with a strong sense of self, meaning having strong faith in yourself or God, or any grounded understanding of what may be happening to you, I cannot even fathom what could possibly happen in these cases. This is why psychiatric hospitals are often flooded. If you are on your own and lack a good support system, such as people who can truly be there for you in those moments, a therapist, or good friends, seeking professional help is crucial and nonnegotiable.

Meditation vs. Fear | Trauma & Dissociation

Perhaps contrary to medical advice, especially when dealing with trauma, I would proceed with caution and work with both a therapist and other helpful means you may know. Some professionals suggest that long hours of meditation can enhance the feeling of trauma, and that is actually very true, so you have to be the leader of your own discernment here. While I find that meditation is crucial, at least within the first days of re-emerging trauma, it should not be done with the intent to become enlightened, of course, but with the simple intent to calm your nervous system down and return to being yourself after dissociation. Especially when your body is scanning for spiritual or symbolic meaning, such as demonic possession, etc., the last thing you want is to have some creep on the internet perform an exorcism or traumatize you further by neglecting the very parts of yourself you have deemed demonic. Sometimes, even the idea of choosing ourselves can flood our nervous system with overwhelming guilt. The last thing you want is to have some idiot make you feel worse about yourself or about what your body is screaming to process and integrate. If you choose this route, you are not actually healing; you are just postponing the inevitable. If the universe is conspiring to show you something within that needs immediate addressing on your part, be courageous and grounded enough to face the trauma. Do not run from it.

Emotional Sensitivity

There’s a lot of stigma around emotions, emotional awareness, or in other words, emotional sensitivity. It often tends to be looked down upon as society doesn’t value emotional intelligence, and many have a negative connotation for people who are able to pick up on the different nuances of the experience they are experiencing. This happens for many reasons, including our own family upbringing and survival mechanism, and unfortunately, in other cases, this happens as a form of manipulation.

The most common and successful way for people to manipulate you is to gaslight you and make you question reality. The purpose of gaslighting is to make you feel like you are crazy. People who abuse and manipulate you will make sure that you are the one questioning your thoughts and feelings, regardless of something that was actually said and done and when it actually happened. Now, of course, you are not crazy, and those things actually happened. The purpose of this tactic being used by many is to have you feeling exactly like that, so only their point comes across.

People with Narcissistic personality disorders will take this tactic to the extreme. It’s their favorite. Projection and gaslighting are their favorite tools to make it through life. They will make sure to make their way around your mind. While they are abusing you in the most horrific ways possible, completely tearing you down, chipping away at your self-esteem to make you insecure like them, and making sure you question what you are actually worth and what you stand for as a human being, causing you even physical illness, they will shamelessly turn around, project their own unresolved issues and say you are the problem. You are too sensitive. However, these individuals can’t even take 1% of the abuse that they themselves put you through due to their extremely fragile egos. We see this play out in various family dynamics, religious, spiritual circles, and so forth.

In fact, many years ago, when I was only about 24 years old, I remember encountering a very destructive cult in NYC that called themselves Gnostics. This is the tactic they used with many who threatened their sense of self and mirrored back exactly what they refused to accept and confront within themselves. And no, they are not affiliated in any way whatsoever with the Gnostic church or with what little we know about the true Gnostics or their teachings. These are delusional cults that lead hundreds of thousands of people and families astray on their journey of self-realization, offering teachings that have zero substance. They engage in brainwashing and word salads, propagating distorted teachings that are dangerous for the psyche while their pockets get fatter and fatter with their published works.

While you are a kind individual and come into these various social circles with strong values, strength, regard, esteem, and respect for spiritual teachers or elders, they will take that as a form of weakness. Instead of learning in your presence, intimidated by your inner power, beauty, etc., entitled, they will use it against you. What a great opportunity to deflect the type of trash of individuals that we are and use this person as our target of criticism, as they will certainly make a great punching bag. It’s a great tactic to make oneself superior and never to take accountability for one’s actions or accept how one truly feels about oneself. But of course, they will completely misjudge and abuse you in the process and project all their shortcomings and unresolved issues onto you. It certainly makes them feel better.

They will also have the audacity to make you feel indebted to them for their “grandiose acts” of generosity so that you don’t question their appalling attitudes and actions. These are all favorite tactics of Cluster B personality types. When you run into these individuals in any circle, my only suggestion to you is to get away as soon as you can because you are wasting your precious time among highly disturbed and unstable individuals. Soon, I will be writing a post on cults and cult psychology and the many dangers and damage that so many families and individuals go through when seeking any form of higher and spiritual knowledge among various circles.

Emotions | The Seat of Wisdom

Yin and yang, masculine and feminine, are two polar aspects of the human being, regardless of whether you are a biological man or woman. Integration of both these inner opposites or polar aspects of the personality is crucial to our own self-understanding and self-realization. In Jungian terms, this is called the anima or animus integration. I have spoken extensively about emotional mastery in my first book, How to Get on the Good Side of Life, which you can find on Amazon, even on Amazon Kindle. When we can consciously shift back and forth between these two different polar opposites or perspectives, we are able to attain a deeper sense of self-awareness, which is crucial in leading not only healthier lives but also accessing our own inner potential.

Now, whether we are conscious or not, we all have our own tendencies to get set in our ways. In psychology, our habits do not only arise from the things that may have happened to us but also from the consistent reaction to those events. In fact, our subconscious mind is programmed by how we face the same emotional dynamic and react to it in the same way consistently during childhood. It’s through repetition in both thought and emotion. So, once we have set up a pattern of reactions, we are inclined to stay with that pattern as it becomes part of our nature.

This is why sometimes life can feel like a consistent situation that we cannot or do not know how to break free from, especially when it becomes negatively consistent. Subconsciously, we often seek to repeat these different patterns with different people or circumstances so that we face that same reality over and over again, but the hidden goal is to be able to break that pattern and react to it differently. This is a rare result when most of us go about life living completely unconscious and unaware of these deeper and more subtle patterns and tendencies.

Portals to our own internal landscape

Although emotions generally belong to the feminine domain or principle, the emotional experience itself is similar. Emotions are the same regardless of where your perspective is anchored, masculine or feminine. We all experience the same range of emotions. Everyone is capable of feeling hopeful, happy, sad, angry, humiliated, frustrated, scared, anxious, proud, overwhelmed, shocked, and so forth. On the positive side of the masculine perspective relative to our own emotional landscape, we are able to look at our emotions from a distance, which enables us to have healthy stoicism and to be able to decide whether or not we want to engage in this or that action. From this point of view, we are able to say I like this or I don’t like this, enabling us with quick strategic decision-making and providing us with a healthy sense of decisiveness.

What we have to remember is that out of every situation that arises comes the challenge of integrating our own resources. We are all capable of thinking straight and thinking in a simple, kindly, constructive way. Often, we do not achieve our goals because of the very little effort we make to regulate our own inner landscape. We think it’s easier to force a certain outer conformity and, in this way, avoid obvious difficulties that are indeed the solution to our problem in the first place. Now, the mind alone has a tendency to escape us, and I believe we can all agree on this. Our lack of attention can reduce effectiveness in many different departments of life. A lot of the negatives, on both the masculine and feminine perspectives, come simply from the disintegration of the opposite and not being able to switch perspectives. The masculine perspective, in its disintegrated form, can become very cold and detached from its emotions and pretend that our own emotional landscape doesn’t even exist. This can steer us into being completely ungrounded and away from ourselves and our emotional compass..

Often, this is a defense mechanism we established to cope with traumatic experiences, and you may find that people who do this will say something along the lines of I feel dead inside. This was a very shocking experience for me in my early twenties when I went through it myself. I was living in Rome at the time, and I literally woke up and said: I feel dead inside. Although I was very much engaged with life, travel, friends, and music at the time, what I was actually saying is I feel very disconnected from myself. I didn’t understand it then, but once I admitted that to myself, a series of uncontrollable events happened to help me get in touch with what I was trying to avoid.

Body-awareness and mastery | Emotions

From the feminine perspective, we have the gift of being grounded in ourselves and our emotions in order to attain emotional mastery, but there is a learning curve when feeling so overwhelmed with all the nuances and details and be able to actually decipher our internal emotional city while we cannot make sense of anything. It’s like being dropped into the ocean and not knowing how to swim. As a result, we can become vague, not articulate, and unable to express ourselves from our emotions. We can also become manipulative and passive-aggressive as the emotions remain in the shadow.

Sometimes, the feminine perspective can be too close to read the emotions, so they need the ability to back up in order to see. When we get stuck in the unintegrated masculine or feminine perspective, it’s like trying to watch a small TV screen from a very distant view where you can see some colors here and there, but you can’t really decipher what is happening, as well as with the feminine, it’s like being so close with your nose pressed up onto the TV screen where you can’t see what’s going on either.

When skillfully navigating our emotional landscape from the feminine integration, we can easily regulate our nervous system as we have a deep awareness and detailed view of what is going on with our emotions. We’ve shined a light on it, and it is no longer in the dark and a lot less intense to deal with. In order to do this, we have to be attuned to our bodies at a level of being and hold space for our emotions as they play out in our bodies.

Meditation and yoga are very helpful in learning to anchor ourselves in our bodies without the projection or excuses of the mind, but more so, our willingness to surrender our pride and feel what we try to avoid for so long and what we fear most, as well as learning to trust ourselves. You cannot have a forcing attitude and expect to self-realize, so we have to be willing to work with our emotions, learn to respond to them, and not work against our emotions and have them operate from the shadow. We have to be willing to build resources within our own nature that are stronger than the pressures that arise around us. Nature, homeostasis, wants us to solve things and not obscure them with further pressure.

Emotional awareness belongs to the feminine principle. In contrast, emotional mastery belongs to the masculine. You cannot have one without the other. While the masculine perspective is able to read emotions from a bird’s eye view with a broad stroke, the feminine can have boots on the ground, read emotions well, as well as others’ emotions easily, and put themselves directly in connection with intuition. In fact, this is the reason why, in the last several decades, police forces have liked to bring more women into the field, as they are indeed intuitive and bring their own skills to the table.

I was 20 years old, in my student flat, when I first read the Tao Te Ching. A tiny book of 81 verses. A philosophy that developed in Ancient China and is often connected to Lao Tzu, this ancient way of life, known as the balance of yin and yang principles, is much older than what the texts suggest. Now, more than ten years later, I am still learning to apply almost everything that I have experienced in the same philosophical sense as a way to gain greater insight. I feel it can be of great value and help to many if they use this philosophy as a means of expansion and self-realization, both intellectually and spiritually speaking.

To be completely transparent, the more I strive to develop my observation skills and cultivate an ability to see things more realistically, the more I see a world where those we consider benevolent, like good samaritans and preachers, are the very incarnation of fear-mongering demons (take that literally or metaphorically, as you like), delusional and narcissistic cult leaders who claim to be Avatars of the New Age of Aquarius who are but authors of confusion, political leaders that act as soulless agents of deception, destruction, and genocide, and power-hungry individuals, greedy, con-artists, who put themselves in leadership positions with low IQ, and psychopathic tendencies that contribute more and more to a world of deception, chaos, and disharmony.

Before I delve into the profound philosophy of the harmonious Yin and Yang principles of the Tao, applicable in various aspects of our lives such as work and relationships, I want to share a synchronistic message that has recently come my way. I’ve been consistently encountering synchronicities, particularly from the Bible. All sacred texts can be a powerful tool for spiritual and personal growth. While the Book of Job and the Book of Poetry/Psalms continue to remain my favorite books from the Bible, I was surprised to see this message recently from the Book of Mathews, and as I read every word, my mind and heart expanded a little more, and my body relaxed a little more.

Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: 20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: 21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Matthew 6:19-21

Because the Bible can be interpreted in many ways, and many books from the Bible have been officially removed for the patriarch society to rise and maintain its control over society, my interpretation of this is that heaven is referring to the mind. Treasure in heaven is the spiritual riches we can acquire in the mind as we attain more self-discovery through a journey of transformation and personal enlightenment. Those riches are yours and yours alone, and no thief can steal them from heaven, your mind. Now, obviously, my interpretation is not the only interpretation; I am only going a little deeper, and you are free to interpret that as you like by using your own heart or intellect. And, of course, we can also interpret that in a more religious sense of conducting a life of spiritual obligation and good piety and so on. All perspectives can be relevant in that way.

Yin & Yang Principles

The concept of Yin and yang represents the dualistic nature of existence and the interdependence of opposites. Yin and yang are complementary forces, and their balance is essential for harmony and the natural flow of life. Yin and yang principles can be applied internally, psychologically, and spiritually but also externally to any industry or field, from religion to medicine to technology, etc. Many prophets who have left great spiritual texts have emphasized the necessity to love God and not violate the laws of God here on Earth. We all saw what happened in Gaza and other atrocities that continue to take place in plain sight, but we’re told not to talk about it, not to challenge them, nor their repulsive war crimes and same old patterns.

As far as our moral and ethical lives are concerned, we are making the same mistakes that our ancestors did, with the only difference being that we make them in a more sophisticated manner. We assumed that greater intelligence should give us greater control of our own conduct, but this has obviously not been the case. Because we are specifically speaking to one aspect of human intelligence, and that is the intellect. Without emotional intelligence, the yin principle, in other words, the feminine principle of the dualistic nature of things, there will be no progress; if anything, our efforts toward a greater society will become lost ground. Morality, as a practical subject, has to do with the individual gaining emotional control over conduct. Ethics, on the other hand, is about gaining mental control over attitudes. These subjects can also be attributed to Logos and Mythos.

Now, many of us who are interested in advancing ourselves, gaining a better attitude toward life, freeing ourselves from all our subconscious fears, doubts, and anxieties, and gaining a sense of integration in life and into the life of the Universe must try in some way to discover principles that will guide our ethical and moral convictions and at the same time not offend our intelligence. But we live in a world where this isn’t easy and where things are generally backward. In fact, a silly dream comes to mind when I was living in Tulum, Mexico. I traveled to another world to meet and speak with another group of humans, where upon arrival, I was greeted by the guard in this way: “We hear you come from a world where things are backwards”, to which, of course, I responded with a vicious smack across his face. ????

Authors of Confusion & Disharmony

So with that in mind, in this world of ours, we encounter self-proclaimed Avatars or messengers of the New Age who, on a global scale, negatively impact families and individuals of sound mind. These individuals establish new cults without genuine insight, asserting themselves as the only path to salvation, the exclusive Avatar of Aquarius, or the only true Guru, etc. They construct a spiritual system or any other system for that matter, that mirrors their pathology, addictions, and deeply rooted personality disorders, such as Cluster B personality disorders and the Dark Tetrad, including Machiavellianism, proudly showcased in their published works.

Consider, for instance, a scenario where a five-year-old learns new psychological or philosophical terms like “projection,” “Logos,” or “transmutation” and creates an entire religion around it, fueled by an absurd and false sense of grandiosity. These self-proclaimed Avatars go to great lengths, portraying themselves as the very incarnation or Logos of Planet Mars on Earth without fully understanding or integrating the concept of Logos in the first place. While well-intentioned spiritual seekers and rational individuals may unintentionally fall prey to such absurd teachings, similar to followers of various cults worldwide, these self-appointed Avatars, including their successors (some no longer alive), display little concern for the genuine well-being of their followers. They don’t mind their pockets growing fatter while leading astray thousands who are misled and families torn by teachings lacking authentic insight and intended solely for the pathology of that same cult leader.

Throughout history, we have had and still have great minds and mystics walking amongst humans, including contemporary figures, such as Eckhart Tolle and many others, leaving beautiful spiritual and philosophical works that greatly exceed the intellect or insight provided by these frauds, but not one of them with their sound mind has claimed themselves to be the new and only Avatar of the New Age of Aquarius, the new prophet and so on. To some, this may be funny, but to others, it is costing their mental health and the well-being of their families. So be very mindful as you seek harmony or personal integration in life and within the broader Universe because we live amongst frauds and authors of confusion.

And if you struggle to identify these toxic and abusive individuals within various cults, religious groups, family or social gatherings, etc., with severe narcissistic, sociopathic, borderline, histrionic, or psychopathic personality disorders, there are three simple questions you can ask and a few pointers with the first being showing signs of Egomania, where the person needs to be extraordinarily self-involved, their ego comes first and foremost, and if you slight their ego or precious and bloated hypersensitive sense of self, they punish you for it. They have no issues projecting that onto you, though, because, of course, they will never take any accountability for their appalling attitudes. Another among many is psychopathy. A person who lacks morals will have no moral sense of right and wrong and will resort to pedophilia, stealing, prostitution, criminal behavior, sexual assault, con-artistry, etc. Psychopathy has always been historically associated with criminality and an absolute lack of conscience or morality and with no remorse. Here are the three questions that can help you measure and identify toxic individuals with the aforementioned personality disorders:

Are they abusive? If you don’t know the answer to that, then this indicates that you need to undergo therapy, and hopefully with a good therapist, as any field is always undergoing its own process of evolution and expansion, and understand the way you gaslight yourself and how your past has deeply impacted your ability to label abuse for what it is, respect and validate your own boundaries and see both psychological and physical abuse for what it is. A very common sign that someone has suffered significant childhood trauma is that they will try to persuade abusive, toxic, and cruel people to treat them better instead of seeing this as a sign to distance themselves immediately.

Is this a consistent pattern of behavior that is being displayed across time? Anyone can have a bad day, and anyone can be in an altered physiological state. If not, then it is not a personality disorder.

Have you asked them to stop, and have they failed to stop? If the answer to all three is yes, then you must remove yourself immediately from these individuals, whether they be romantic, platonic, professional, or interpersonal relationships. You have every right to protect your sanity and your well-being. And if you think this is not compassion, you fail to understand the difference between neurosis and compassion. Your compassion lies in asking where your compassion is for you—listen to your heart, learn to love yourself, heal your mind and emotions, and remove yourself from any such environment.

It is not your responsibility to enable or tolerate severely destructive and traumatized people to perpetuate cycles of abuse because it helps them elevate and derive pleasure from their sadistic ways, and it is certainly not your job to find yourself explaining the basic elements of human respect to a full-grown man or woman. Sane individuals understand the fundamental concepts of honesty and kindness as they are inherent in all. No adult should need to be told how they are making other people feel. This is a sign that you are dealing with children who have never grown up, spoiled kids in adult bodies with vicious traumas and severe psychological issues, so vicious that it breaks the child’s relationship with reality. But don’t expect anything other than them projecting their insanity onto you. It is the only way for them never to take accountability for themselves and their mental illnesses.

These individuals are living inside their psychotic delusions. It is the extreme end of emotional dysregulation based on trauma usually, and maybe genetic for others, where they are so intensely emotionally dysregulated that the body and the brain are not functioning in sync anymore, as well as the hormonal system isn’t either. The HPA access is dysregulated, and they do not perceive reality as it is, nor do they want to, so it is a self-willed psychosis where they take chunks of reality, a better reality they want, and form them into their own psychotic delusion, and then they’ll take you and jam you inside their psychotic stew.

The Beauty of Harmonious Thinking | Yin & Yang

First and foremost, for harmonious thinking to take place within ourselves and in relation to the external world, we have to be willing to find our way out of the darkness. Everyone carries their own unresolved traumas and unhealed aspects within themselves, and if we’re unwilling to confront these aspects within ourselves, then harmonious thinking and a harmonious integration where yin and yang principles are complementary will be impossible. If we put ourselves out there and attempt to help and heal others without having done our own work, as it is often forced and done within many religious, spiritual, or even political systems, especially these new age cults, as I discussed earlier, it is completely out of integrity and out of alignment. Therefore, it isn’t going to work well for anyone. There are plenty of unhealed healers out there who have no issues talking the talk while their pockets get fatter but not walking the walk.

Because the entire human race is traumatized, and I mean that without exaggeration, many if not most, grew up in some degree of family dysfunction, even if our caretakers were “well-intended.” Even if it looked good to the outside world, the dysfunction was there, and we were harmed in the process. Some more than others, but this was the reality for many. This dysfunction leads to co-dependency, which is on a spectrum just as it is for those with destructive personality patterns, such as narcissism, sociopathy, and so on. All co-dependent factors are a reflection of our relationship with self, which then extends to maladaptive ways of relating with others. It all starts with each of us. In a professional capacity, it has also been called “self-love deficit disorder.”

For instance, in yin and yang philosophy, compassion without compassion toward self cannot contribute to harmony in relation to the self or the Universe. Some people spend their entire lives running from their own trauma, masquerading as the great helper, when more often than not, by being unhealed themselves, what they are really doing is enabling and controlling as their own lives become progressively more and more unmanageable and painful. And unfortunately, most don’t even understand why. When we integrate genuine love and compassion toward self, we learn how to orient to the world more holistically from a variety of different perspectives, which means being able to hold on to more Yin-based perspectives while still holding on to science and rationality and logic and other perspectives like that.

Mythos & Yin (Female Principle of Duality)

When we think about Yin integration or Mythos, it refers to our ability to engage with deeper ethical attitudes that may not be empirically observed, like science, but where we get to feel more connected with the events that take place in our lives by engaging the lens of Mythos. Rituals are another way of integrating with Mythos, such as the ritual of graduation, which symbolizes a rite of passage, or even religious rituals. The rite of passage is an archetypal myth because what we’re doing is we’re walking down the line, and we are shaking the dean’s hand, we’re taking the diploma, we’re going back to our seats, and we’re moving the tassel from one side to the other. In this manner, we are projecting or imbuing a Mythos-based meaning onto those events in order to facilitate an internal shift that lets us know that we’ve gone through a rite of passage.

It’s through the projection of these archetypal symbols and of this mythology that we actually can catalyze a lot of growth for ourselves, and we’re able to derive meaning from the situation. In our current society, we don’t allow a lot of space for the Yin aspect of duality; we tend to function mainly through logos, in other words, through logic, through science, through materialism, through empiricism. But Mythos, by its nature, is none of those things. When we engage in Mythos, in other words, in magical thinking, which is extremely important for the human being to derive meaning, it tends to be seen as “out there” or “crazy,” and there’s definitely a taboo of being an outside-the-box thinker.

Now, obviously, we don’t want to engage in Mythos or magical thinking while operating a machine because we all know how that ends. Everything has its time and place, and we can also combine the two to transcend and discover other possibilities that may not be possible to determine through Logos alone, especially when it comes to our deeper potential. Who knows, maybe the key to discovering an entirely new cosmogony may be in the intersection of the two. However, Mythos is important for our own personal development and transformation first. We are the outcome of whatever our self-concept is, and once we learn to successfully engage with Mythos or rituals, such as, I am the co-creator of my own world, we can go through a stage of metamorphosis. Take Peter Pan, for instance. He was able to fly by first only engaging in happy thoughts and fairy dust, but once he got the hang of it, he could just fly, period.

This way of life can also be applied to our suffering. Here, in the West, we look at suffering as something to be ashamed of or something we should avoid at all costs, while in the East, suffering is just as much a part of life and essential for our growth and greater understanding. So, although through Logos, we may look at a negative experience exactly for what it is, and we’re strongly identified with rationality and science and empiricism, as we engage with Mythos, we are able to move through that event knowing that it will lead to the point of our highest expansion. So, essentially, we can use Mythos to avoid going down the rabbit hole and engage in a thought process that is much more empowering than simply looking at the stark empirical facts of reality. Now, obviously, this doesn’t mean that anytime something negative or sad happens, we never get to feel down or lose sight of that deeper narrative, but being able to connect to that narrative helps us move through those situations more easily.

Marriage of Mythos and Logos | Yin & Yang

In our current society, anything that falls into the category of Mythos tends to be viewed under the label of pseudo-science, meaning fake science. Mythos is not fake science, and it isn’t in competition with science, either. Mythos stands on its own, totally and wholly separate from science, and also very important as it is based on internal dynamics that enable us to derive meanings from situations and feel more connected to the Earth, other humans, or reality at large, which is vital for human beings. Science is actually a fairly new perspective in terms of the full stretch of human existence.

Before we had the scientific perspective, we relied mostly on Mythos to gather intelligence about our world. So there’s a strong attachment to science or Logos and a strong taboo against Mythos, mostly because science is so new from the perspective of humanity as a whole. On an unconscious level, most people are trying really hard to keep people in the scientific perspective to avoid falling back into the ignorance of magical thinking or Mythos. Now, obviously, too much strictness, such as too much Yang (masculine) in any context, becomes Tyranny, and too much Yin (female) or permissiveness leads to degeneration and deprivation. And we certainly do not want to live in a place like that.

Many of the earlier scientists were actually alchemists. Alchemists bridged the world between Mythos and the scientific revolution. Isaac Newton was actually an alchemist, not a scientist. So alchemy is basically a marriage or a combination of certain scientific perspectives, where there’s also this inner work of psychological and emotional perspectives that goes along with it. I have written several posts on alchemy that you can find through the search bar on my homepage. Here is another post on alchemy. The divorce between Mythos and Science was obviously necessary for our growth and development as a species. Still, one of the side effects of that divorce was that Mythos became cast into the collective shadow and seen as purely magical thinking and as something that’s purely ignorant. And whenever we cast something into the shadow, it comes up in ways that are not necessarily the best way it can come through. Mythos will seep its way into our science and our rationality, so it’s important to be mindful and make our practice of Mythos more conscious and put it in its proper place and not start to seep into other places that it doesn’t belong.

If we perceive Logos and Mythos as mutually exclusive, we will struggle with the Yin and Yang principles and between holding the perspective of Mythos and the perspective of Logos, so we end up with people in the world who polarize to one side or the other. We’ll find people who hold very tightly onto the scientific point of view, where they become hyper-materialistic and turn science into a religion or cosmology in itself, where they do not use science for its intended purpose, which is an intellectual tool for us to be able to gather empirical data about the Universe and to draw conclusion directly from that data. When we fail to do so, we begin to look at the world as though it’s a bunch of impersonal scientific processes, and if we look at ourselves through that lens, we end up viewing ourselves as a machine and nothing more than a biological robot, with synapsis firing as we speak or a bunch of chemical processes going on in the body and the brain, etc., where there are no actual intangible things, like love and consciousness.

Separation & Resistance | Yin & Yang

Science is not Mythos, and this is where the shadow of Mythos comes in, where we disguise science as Mythos itself by projecting this cosmology onto the Universe, with no actual empirical data that’s going on here to justify that. It is not engaging in the scientific method to actually project this cosmology of science onto the Universe; it’s actually more Mythos, which leads to bad science. So, in order to practice good science, we need to become conscious of our drive for Mythos and separate that from our scientific drives. Then, we can start to strip away everything that’s beyond what’s empirically observable with the science and what’s coming through as pure data.

On the other side, we have people who, despite scientific evidence that shows the world to be around 4.54 billion years old, still believe the world is 5000 years old as their beliefs are strongly rooted in Mythos. This is not because they lack exposure to scientific perspectives but because of disharmonious yin and yang integration, because they feel that in order for those Mythos-based beliefs to be real or valid, they have to have the same kind of scientific empirical weight that scientific data has. So, instead of looking at religion through the lens of Mythos, through the viewpoint of it being important archetypal stories that convey some kind of meaning, they see them as something that factually tangibly happened and need to prove that it happened this way.

When we hold on to Mythos this way, that exchanges Mythos for science and engages the shadow of Logos that appears within the Mythos, so there’s no space for the scientific perspective to be integrated. This resistance doesn’t only apply to religious folk; this resistance to the conscious integration of both Logos and Mythos can happen to anyone, including spiritual or enlightened folk, as we push away or ignore certain scientific truths because Mythos has been so helpful and meaningful thus far. So, to self-realize and expand, we don’t have to have those two mutually exclusive or in competition; we can have a real integration of perspectives where we consciously adapt both lenses of Logos, science and rationality, and Mythos, magical and creative thinking in its place.

Where is Home? Embracing Transcendence

We all yearn for a sense of belonging, and often, we create a strong attachment to those who perhaps feel like home. It’s that immediate recognition, attraction, and feeling of safety, a shared understanding that sometimes defies logic. In fact, a favorite book comes to mind from my college days: Elective Affinities by Goethe. But what does it truly mean to be at home? And how does embracing transcendence help us find it? It’s safe to say, also from personal experience, that my form of escapism has been to find a home someplace else, somewhere out there, and I’ve noticed this to be true, especially in people who have suffered in challenging family dynamics where our needs were never understood nor met.

I sought home out there by exhausting myself through constant travel, moving from Europe to Asia, to South America, and so on, with the sole and unconscious need to create a home within myself. Well, that home can be anywhere if you find a home within yourself. But to find a home within yourself means first nurturing and understanding your own needs and becoming a conscious and responsible custodian of those needs. Understanding our core needs means transcending our logical thinking by feeling and not suppressing what arises within ourselves. We have to be able to surrender our pride to the intolerable about ourselves and learn to fill ourselves up from the inside out first and not from the outside in.

Because of our survival mechanism, as humans, we are prone to store more negative experiences in our memory and use them to measure or as a compass to understand reality based on those negative experiences. Our subconscious will often try to associate something or someone new with something we have known in our past, even if it doesn’t apply to them whatsoever. This is why most people often project ideas and opinions onto others they know nothing about to protect themselves or their self-concept. Our subconscious will hang on to the more negative things we experience so it can protect us from them, and as a result, we internalize a lot of those things and make them define us and our self-concept. This inhibits us from embracing transcendence and getting in tune with who we are, which is beyond subconscious suffering.

If, as children or even as adults, we have been exposed to chaos, unpredictability, and hostility, all these dynamics form the relationship we have with ourselves. If we are constantly exposed to criticism, then we are heavily self-critical. If we were exposed to our boundaries being violated, we would probably violate our own boundaries. You won’t have a clear understanding of where you begin and where you end, and where others begin end, and where they end, etc. If we were exposed to a lot of instability and chaos, we might actually have these patterns of instability and chaos in our own lives that are a part of our normal, our subconscious comfort zone, and what we are familiar with.

How to transcend our own subconscious comfort zone

Mahatma Gandhi tried his best to practice and propagate ahimsa, a Sanskrit term for non-violence, bringing many people together. The Buddha cultivated this practice as wherever he went, he consciously brought peace, harmony, and friendliness. St. Francis is another great example of this. Of course, there were failures in Mahatma Gandhi’s efforts, but he would admit, “I am still trying. I am still not that perfect.” His entire life was based on the vows of ahimsa and satya, which means truthfulness in Sanskrit. Even without obtaining one hundred percent perfection in them, he earned a great name throughout the world as an apostle of peace. So even a bit of ahimsa, as we choose it consciously, despite our ego’s partiality or unpredictable whim, is enough to elevate us to a higher state and embrace transcendence.

In any culture, mythology serves several purposes. First, it fulfills a mystical role by revealing a deeper, mystical dimension beyond the surface appearances of the world, pointing to a transcendent mystery and source that also resides within us. Second, there’s the cosmological purpose, which undergoes significant transformations over time. For instance, early hunting and gathering societies had a limited view where they focused on visible phenomena like the rising and setting of the sun and moon. Then came Copernicus, who revolutionized our understanding, making us realize that it’s not the sun moving but the Earth spinning. This drastically changed our understanding of cosmology. Both cosmology and science are in constant flux as our scientific knowledge evolves.

For mythology to stay relevant and resonate with people in today’s scientific world, it needs to embrace modern science. There’s actually no real conflict between mysticism and science. The problem lies in the contrast between the scientific knowledge of 2000 BC and what we know in 2023. The challenge with our current religions and various institutions that adhere to such principles that then extend beyond religion is that they’re holding onto outdated models of Universal understanding. While there might be some truth in these ancient ideas, they don’t offer us much profound or practical insight. Instead, they lead to more division, confusion, resistance, and skepticism within the collective.

This is why we need and have always needed seers, philosophers, mystics, and poets in our societies who will render the experience of transcendence through the world in which we live. From a spiritual and psychological point of view, hell is not a place; it is a state of consciousness, and it represents all of our unconscious fears and all the fears we have not come to terms with within ourselves. Many people remain completely clueless about their innermost fears. I have written a post on hell if you’ve got some extra time to spare. Are We All Going to Hell?

A different perspective | Transcendence

Dante, for instance, an Italian poet, described hell differently from Aquinas, who saw it as a place of punishment in general. Dante’s take on hell is about how it fits our own sins. It’s a personal and unique kind of hell, tied to what we did wrong, where we’re fixed in our own temporal commitments. It’s when the ego, that limited, conditioned, and partial awareness of who we are, chooses something as the most important in our life, and that becomes our own personal hell. We can’t move past it to find true happiness but remain fixed in that place, and that is hell in Dante’s view. This idea is similar to what we see in Buddhist, Hindu, Jain, and Persian philosophies. Hell is like a symbol for a state of the soul that’s focused on the material world rather than opening up to the spiritual. It’s being stuck in the foreground of our experiences and not breaking through to something deeper or more transcendent.

In our life journey, there comes a time when we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and consciously accept this new phase. It’s a phase of transcendence. This is when we encounter what Aristotle called “catharsis.” It’s like a ritual cleansing, where we go through intense suffering to purge ourselves. Catharsis means shedding our rational or ego-driven beliefs so we become open and clear, allowing something greater than ourselves to shine through. Until we reach this state of openness or transparency to the spiritual, we won’t be ready to experience that beautiful vision or connect with a transcendent understanding, which some may call the vision of God.

You have to become God to know God or, as others may say, become one with God. And this is as easy and as simple as we can put it with our limited understanding. In the yoga sutras of Patanjali, a Hindu philosopher and mystic who lived between the 2nd century BCE and the 4th century CE, time has no meaning in mediation, and space is also lost. If you break meditation suddenly, you may also wonder what happened to your body because even the body is forgotten in real meditation. You are above time and space; you are out of the body. And by being out of the body, it doesn’t mean you are necessarily traveling in time or space; it simply means the mind transcends body consciousness.

Multi-dimensional | Embracing Transcendence

For instance, Stephen, in Joyce’s A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man, would not have been eligible to observe that girl in the stream as a revelation of the spirit if his eye had only been caught by lust for her. In Indian Hindu philosophy, he looks at her not in the way of the second chakra but the sixth, associated with our third eye. In other words, she is more than just physical desire. She is a vision, a revelation, calling him to life, not to lust. It’s a complete shift in perspective. It is in this same way that we observe and discover authentic and more profound aspects of our life that we are not attuned to as we learn to reconnect with ourselves on a multi-dimensional level, whether we understand and shift our perspective through the chakra system in Hindu philosophy or through other methods.

Mythology serves another purpose, which is sociological. It’s used to support and maintain a specific social order in a particular society at the present moment. It also serves as a teaching tool, helping individuals navigate the various challenges they encounter in their lives in terms of societal values, goods, and threats. These challenges revolve around the hidden aspects of our personalities and the collective, or what is also referred to as shadow powers, the anima/animus powers or male and female aspects of the psyche, and the roles we play in our society. These are universal issues that people everywhere face throughout time but call for transcendence. To understand our personal mythology, a key question to ask is: What is my social group?

This obviously calls for deep thought and self-reflection, but as aspiring civilized people with the education and insights handed down by previous generations and the vast knowledge accessible through modern technology, it’s possible to consider that the proper social group is actually global. There are no divisions, or at least that is the vision for most who aspire to such principles that help us evolve in the right direction, where each nation, including its people, is sovereign, no matter the size, shape, background, etc. It is our inherent and natural right as global citizens to pursue happiness, equality, and freedom. Economically, this has become a reality due to the interconnected nature of our world, and to say my group is this group can lead to exclusion and division, which is counterproductive.

Now, it is obvious that the nuances of such various groups have become very complex, and there is always room for critical thinking, but to turn an exclusive in-group into a political force is often a destructive act. On a deeper level, it’s as though we are all in fear of what we have to yield to embrace transcendence and this broader perspective in order to become evolved human beings. Yet, it’s precisely within the heart of such a crisis that personal and collective growth and evolution often take root.

Before we get into the topic of signs and synchronicities, there are certain things that we are bound to and worth discussing because they can cause difficulties in recognizing this subtle guidance that is always conspiring for our highest good. Signs and synchronicities are the Universe’s guidance, the mind or flame of the Universe, or whatever name and label we can come up with. They come from the Universal mind or the unconscious and are not manifest in the physical or merely coincidental but rather meaningful because they validate what we can’t fully see yet and experience on another level other than the physical we are bound to through the five senses. Often these signs and synchronicities are warnings or act as guidance from another energetic realm to help us overcome lessons that we haven’t learned, such as trusting our intuition, and help us understand that when we do pay attention and follow the signs, they can save us from a lot of unnecessary problems and choosing a path that serves our highest good rather than a destructive one that often leads to more unnecessary suffering.

The more we struggle with ourselves and doubt our intuition because we never learned to trust it, perhaps because of various traumas and being victims of narcissistic abuse during childhood or because of a lot of betrayal and backstabbing, which causes a lot of trust issues and hidden anger and resentments, the more we are susceptible to completely ignoring this subtle guidance that can help us align with a more optimum timeline regarding relationships, our careers, and overall our happiness and fulfillment. Often we project our woundedness onto others, and we do this unconsciously because we struggle with taking accountability for our contribution to our own suffering and problems, etc. I have spoken about this in-depth in my book HOW TO GET ON THE GOOD SIDE OF LIFE.

Many problems that arise, including our inability to trust ourselves or the paths we choose, are due to our inability to love ourselves fully and have the courage to be accepting and authentic in who we are. The greatest gift we can give to this world is to be our most authentic selves, as it heals our ancestry and all the problems that arise by unconsciously passing this woundedness through our choices and actions onto the external world. When we can’t love ourselves for who we are, we overgive, become people-pleasers, overcompensate, create addictions, and lack healthy boundaries from a place of disempowerment or a victim attitude. When we have been deeply hurt in the past or throughout our upbringing, we unconsciously think we deserve what happened to us or become abusive in one way or another instead of the person who has survived the abuse.

When we become somewhat aware of all this, that something within us needs to change, or when someone comes into our life and acts as a catalyst to this change, the signs and synchronicities become more and more apparent to help us release the old, release the toxic energies, all the addictions we may have picked up in order to survive the abuse and to move into a life of purpose. And when we choose to evolve and move into a life of purpose, we see that we have to leave a lot of the old behind, whether it’s places and people that no longer align with where we are going. There will be people we will no longer be in vibratory alignment with, such as our significant other, family members, co-workers, jobs, places, and things we cannot take with us to this new timeline. And with every change, there is grief, even when it is a change for the better, because there will always be something, someone, and a part of ourselves that we need to allow to die. And this is especially true when it comes to our addictions and insecurities.

Stepping into our power | Signs & synchronicities

For the most part, we are unaware of half of our psychological wounding, traumas, or the abuse we have been subjected to and how it has molded us into who we are. We use addictions to avoid examining our emotions and how we truly feel about ourselves and other people. And although change is scary, when we are going through a profound change or awakening, the ego looks for little parts of our life to cling to and exert control over in order to feel safe. Especially when our insecurities rise to the surface and we are forced to face them, whether it’s insecurities about our body, our face, our status, what we have achieved in life, etc. Because of our anxieties due to these insecurities, the ego does its best to cling to what thinks it’s safe, but when in reality, it only causes more harm because it is resisting the inevitable. When we resist change and refuse to listen to this higher guidance, the Universe will eventually step in and teach us to listen through harsher lessons and longer cycles of transition. In other words, our evolution will become more painful as we remain unconscious.

If we want the Universe’s guidance to become more apparent in our lives so that we are more in flow and not in resistance with our evolution and this higher guidance through signs and synchronicities, which are always around us by the way and come in ways that we often overlook or consider mere coincidences, we have to make the conscious choice to step into our power. Again I have spoken about all of this in my book HOW TO GET ON THE GOOD SIDE LIFE, available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. We have to embrace the archetype of the magician, which is all about self-mastery. We have to be willing to move away from a world of dependency and reclaim our personal authority as self-directed and conscious, ready to take on responsibility for ourselves. It’s about coming into unity with ourselves and truly appreciating ourselves from this moment and not looking to the future or the past, what we could be, or what we weren’t, but learning to appreciate who we are now and using that energy and power to create the life that we want.

If we want to step into our power, we have to recognize the walls we have built around our hearts and how disconnected we have become from ourselves and the waters of our own subconscious, our emotions, because to connect with our emotions and ourselves also means to connect with trauma. But the ego, which lives in our mind, will do everything in its power to keep us safe through avoidance. And this is especially true for those of us who were raised by a generation that taught us to keep silent and never discuss our emotions. People could die in the family, but no one ever spoke or communicated about their feelings and simply powered through it. Or if we did express our emotions, we were abused and taught to numb them down, dismiss them, or perhaps were made fun of and never received the support we needed because our caretakers didn’t know what actual support meant, even when it came to the relationship with themselves.

If we want to step into our power and allow the Universe to guide us, we have to recognize our own co-dependent, dysfunctional, and toxic relationships that no longer serve us but bring out the worst in ourselves and others. Whether they are platonic, romantic, or even in the workplace, these are all karmic connections that we have outgrown or are in the process of outgrowing as we embrace change. And by karmic connections, it is meant connections that we have established through ego and a sense of disempowerment and not our true selves. Because of co-dependency, these karmic connections will often enable and feed our addictions and traumas instead of healing them. As we consciously embrace change and our evolution, we may soon realize that many people surrounding us are emotionally manipulative or even covert narcissists, or we may see some of these tendencies within ourselves as we battle for power. And the more we heal, the more tired we become of that dysfunction and won’t be able to stand in the presence of those energies. This is true for all connections, family connections, as well as our work relationships.

Ending the cycle of people-pleasing & overcompensating

When deeply wounded, we unconsciously feel we must overcompensate or people-please. This tendency to overcompensate often comes from a fear of abandonment and a deep sense of unresolved guilt. This could be a mother wound or a father wound, or both. If one or both parents walked out on us or were emotionally absent because of their own traumas and addictions, and logged off, meaning they were physically present but neither capable of giving nor receiving love or validation, we will grow up with an ever-present void in our hearts. Our parents teach us about relationships, our relationship with ourselves, and the relationships we establish with others. And before we’re able to cultivate our own idea of who we are, our self-image, self-esteem, value, and worth, it’s our parents who help us lay that foundation within ourselves first. But if one or both parents aren’t functioning in that role, we are left with a big hole, a big void within ourselves, and we try to find this validation externally, often at the expense of who we truly are.

As we work on ourselves internally and awaken to how valuable we are by letting go of old and negative belief systems, we realize that we are worthy of connections and jobs that give as much as it receives. When we embrace change by awakening to our true selves, we realize how many relationships, whether platonic, romantic, or work-related are completely unbalanced. And this is especially true if we sacrifice our own dreams, sense of self, and authenticity. When we have a deep father or mother wound, their presence or absence can have a great impact on our self-esteem and worldview. Often we adopt a mindset of lack and feel we need to be perfect to be admired and loved. The ego never feels good enough, but this is only the result of trauma and a perspective that doesn’t serve us and needs to be released. You are good enough. You were always special, and you were always valuable, and your uniqueness makes you more so. The ego will betray our own hearts only to project a false image of perfection to the outside world because it doesn’t seek authenticity. It seeks safety, acceptance, and validation through the external at the expense of not being in touch with who we truly are. This is what ego-transcendence is all about and why awakening our consciousness is so important to live in alignment with our truth.

Authenticity | The greatest gift we can give the world

As we become our most authentic selves, we will shift many subconscious patterns adopted through our ancestry and family lineage. We will no longer feel the need to morph ourselves or change ourselves to conform or fit some sort of expectation or mold either at the workplace, in society, or within our social circle and family. It is an alchemical process that takes place within our own psyche, our own being, as we allow the light of spirit, our own intuition filter through. It takes strength to free ourselves from cycles of inequality, from subconscious patterns of begging for approval or validation, but when we find it within ourselves, everything else begins to shift as we manifest a whole new paradigm for ourselves. As we allow the old ways to die and make way for the new, we free ourselves from old subconscious programming that does not align with our authentic selves. We end cycles of self-sacrifice, settling for less than what we deserve, being too concerned about what other people think, playing small, and being bound to rigid and outdated ways of thinking, especially when we unconsciously do this for others’ approval or to cater to others’ needs and please them because of co-dependency.

We can go our entire life subconsciously looking for something sacred, something we feel was stolen from us or has been lost but, in truth, was inside us all along. This is especially true for those of us who were subjected to abuse as children, in whatever form or family dynamic that came. That little spark we had was stolen from us because of abuse and a lack of validation, and we seek that external validation because a part of us still seeks it from that parent that never gave it to us. But as we learn to connect with our intuition and stand in our power, it will lead us to cut certain things out of our life, like unnecessary drama, toxic and negative people, or habits that are no longer in alignment with our authentic selves. In order to do this, we have to become aware if we are innately passive, if we have a hard time saying no to people and lack boundaries, and are not fully stepping into our power and consciously integrating both feminine and masculine principles in our psyche. The masculine principle is our center of personal power and self-esteem. When we work on consciously integrating the masculine principle, we have the courage to face and confront everything around us head-on. We can confront old subconscious programming and subconscious comfort zones or traditional views without fear as we realize the things holding us back from aligning with our truth.

How to recognize signs and synchronicities

We’ve come to the easiest part of it all. Signs and synchronicities are all around and all of the time. All it takes is being more in tune with our inner selves and our inner journey and being more observant of our surroundings. My latest synchronicity which referred to an old traumatic event I hadn’t really addressed yet, came in an exam I was taking through an online course. One of the questions contained the name of a specific place that referred back to that event and that person, which I needed to readdress so that I could finally release the old with understanding and awareness. Remember, our awakening is very much a journey of self-evaluation, self-inquiry, or self-awareness.

And while taking accountability and being able to judge ourselves and our actions is needed, we should never resort to self-hatred and wallow in guilt and shame because self-hatred can only lead to mental anguish and disorders and a far more distorted perspective of what and who we truly are. Self-hatred pushes us further away from doing the very thing that helps us awaken, which is confronting the unknown, that which we thought was dead but never fully buried or resolved. Only through self-acceptance and self-love can we look at the parts of ourselves that we suppress and hate. These are all past experiences that still affect how we move through reality to this day. Synchronicities and signs occur in various ways, like billboards, a friend revealing a dream, song lyrics, social media posts, or strangers walking by talking about a specific place or time that is not a coincidence but meaningful as it relates to our own occurrences. All we have to do is pay attention and make the right connection as they reveal themselves while always around us.

As in all things in the phenomenal Universe we are a part of, there is a constant strive for harmony and balance. We find this to be true even in scientific laws where everything strives for the lowest energy possible. And this does not exclude the balancing or rebalancing of powers within the collective and the individual which does not involve activism or the illusory mentality of activists. The governing power of how things generally evolve in our world is politics. The general definition of political power is the ability to influence the behavior of people and resources, functions, and the culture of society either through authority, persuasion, or coercion. We are coming to a point in history where the world is realizing that we don’t need a hegemon anymore, or at least considering moving in that direction, which includes a revision of foreign policy as well. But this is not only a political shift taking place but an indication of a spiritual or ethical evolutionary design. In the 19th century, after the fall of Napoleon, we had what was called the Concert of Nations, where five or six major powers were trying to keep a balance between them by preventing major wars until the total collapse of the system in July 1914. Europe was then the dominant power until after the US involvement at the end of WWII, with the United States’ rise in economic power and manufacturing of produced goods.

The world, along with our own existence, is constantly shifting in cycles and moving through periods of transition. These phases of change, inherent in the ever-evolving nature of reality, cannot be tamed nor suppressed, as they are an intrinsic part of our dynamic existence. The more we resist cycles of change, the more destructive we become. When it comes to power, as the world shifts, which begins with the individual or in the mind of the individual, it evolves because there is a redefining of the concept of power. Redefining our concept of power and a greater understanding of personal power will automatically shift and widen our perspective, our individual roles within society, and the way we engage with the external world regarding this power.

This requires more than contemplating different points of view or diverse sides of the political spectrum. This requires consciously experiencing both those views or different sides of politics. Psychologically, this comes down to the process of self-realization. When we self-realize, we have a broader perspective on all things, and mind and heart coherence is the natural outcome as we awaken to who we are, aspects of ourselves that we have repressed and gone selectively unconscious to. This is the process of making the unconscious conscious on the level of the psyche as well as the body, our nervous system, and our emotions because both body and psyche are deeply interlinked. The ego is the true cause of all problems we see rise in our world because the ego has tunnel vision on all matters in life and walks with its own story, no matter how evident the true cause of our problems is. This is regarding all problems, including political power.

Fraudulent Artists & Outdated Propaganda

There are people in this world who will easily flaunt their flag as a symbol of personal power because they lack self-understanding. Such actions can be seen as the epitome of cowardice, driven entirely by ego and falsehood. With the best excuses and ego-driven ethics, one can lead aimlessly and cause more harm than ever. These individuals will portray themselves as artists despite lacking talent and not meeting the established criteria of artistic ability. They attain recognition through dishonest means and utilize the talent and success of others as a lever. As a former musician who has traveled the world, I have been surrounded by artists my entire life and know these circles well. With confidence, like many others, I can discern between authentic artists and those who are fraudulent, as there are plenty.

These individuals don’t know themselves or their true life’s purpose. Still, the primary goal is to make a name for themselves at any cost, maintaining a fabricated persona and identity built entirely on lies and disguised as altruism. I mean, everything they have claimed about themselves, including what they have done, is entirely fabricated, as their main objective is to build a reputation for themselves. These people often have trouble revealing their true given name, which is a direct indication of how severely disturbed they are. And this is because of their deep underlying issues and dishonest ways. They infiltrate different artistic circles and pursue people as pawns for power because they don’t know how to achieve it honestly or alone. These individuals will easily fool thousands of others by entangling them in their severe neuroticism with their biased thinking, much like a powder keg. They love ego-gratification because of their severely unconscious low self-esteem issues and target any topic that will draw attention to them publicly to propagate their unfounded ideas for what they claim is making a difference in the world, yet it lacks any substance or practical solutions whatsoever. They get caught in a whirlwind of activities with a false sense of self-importance and full of distorted perspectives.

They spread disinformation like wildfire and viruses in the minds of those around them by narrating and reinforcing the same old problematic paradigm, all driven by ego and self-serving motives, which comes from a deep sense of insignificance and irritability. These self-proclaimed “activists” make it seem like they truly want to help other people but, in reality, need the most help, and I mean serious mental assistance, without any exaggeration. As a holistic therapist, from a psychological stance, I have observed many people who put themselves in a position of power and leadership, starting from neighbors with their loving pets to actual artists and clients. There are unconscious individuals who persistently perpetuate a toxic environment and societal imbalance in numerous aspects, including politics and socio-economic matters, by merely acknowledging what is already known without offering any practical solution and carrying out outdated and often destructive acts as a form of rebellion.

Victimhood & Activists

These “activists,” not representative of all, are the true con artists who use the so-called weak and victimhood or victim consciousness to make a name for themselves. They will easily defend the so-called oppressed and are so delusional to think their presence is needed or as if they’re contributing to meaningful change, but in reality, the only thing they seek is a false sense of superiority and a boost for their ego. They are completely delusional and neurotic as they constantly strive to control the outer instead of the inner. They will often contradict themselves, not only in what they say but in their actions. These people will commit those very acts that they oppose and protest against in the dark, driven by their unresolved inner deceit.

Again, this is due to their lack of awareness and self-understanding and because of their egos that overcompensate for their unresolved inner wounds. They haven’t met themselves deeply or on a subconscious level, and for some, there isn’t much to meet with because of how shallow and superficial they truly are, not to mention their hidden personality disorders. They adopt extreme views in politics and other issues stemming from a profound lack of understanding, exposure to outdated and harmful propaganda, and a multitude of misconceptions. They have no problem supporting and advocating for political persecution like something out of a fascist or communist country. The less people are aware within the collective, the easier it is to blindly follow these distortions manifest through various and precarious systems or beliefs carried out by these fraudulent artists who pose as activists.

These are individuals who have no problem with hypocrisy; they have no issue flaunting their egos under the disguise of the savior with absolutely no substance in their actions and activism and without ever understanding the true history, the true needs of those people, and what needs to be done to cause a practical and positive change in the minds of those people. Before we can attend to others ‘ needs, we must meet our own unconscious needs, which is a deep and long process of self-discovery and awakened consciousness. The most genuine revolution is the quietest revolution, and it is done within our homes first as we surrender our stubbornness and acknowledge what lies beneath the masks we wear. As we learn to confront our own shadow and hidden aspects, our deepest fears, and subconscious conditioning, and as we constantly strive to change ourselves for the better. “If you want to change the world, start with yourself,” -Mahatma Gandhi.

The Crab Mentality & Psychology | Activists

These self-proclaimed “activists” are the people who will run as soon as you tell them that the real change they can make is having the courage to find practical solutions by engaging with the oppressor instead of the oppressed. If I truly want to help the oppressed, I have to get to know myself first and learn to reclaim my own power, understand what it means to hold this power from within, and from that foundation, help the weak exert or reclaim their own power rather than merely acknowledge their powerlessness. If I step in to acknowledge how powerless and oppressed you are, I will not contribute to any real change. If we tell the same old story over and over again, the Universe will continue to affirm that story. If I want to change or transcend reality, I have to affirm a new story, a new reality, by getting there from the inside out. If I affirm your weakness or your powerlessness, it will only make me feel noticed, and this is the ultimate fraudulent and selfish act. These so-called activists are the people who have no idea what real change entails. They are delusional about their grandiose acts and have mastered the art of illusion.

In many cases, the art they flaunt with their online presence is not even their own creation. Take a close look at their true identity and exercise discernment, as frequently, it’s a veil of illusion to fool you into who they claim they are. While they waste their time in places where their presence holds little to no significance nor is needed because it does not contribute to anything, the true oppressor sits in their home, and the irony of it all is that they support the oppressor and their attrition warfare through their choice of vote in politics. They have a narrow perspective and lack the ability to see the truth of it all, but that doesn’t matter to them. What matters to them is their ego and how much they love to flaunt it under the disguise of altruism. It is best that you keep these individuals at a distance and as far as possible, both physically and energetically speaking. They are toxic and will gradually pull you into their own low vibrational social circles, including their neurotic and tumultuous state of being, hindering your path towards fulfilling your purpose and destiny. They exemplify what psychologists refer to as ‘The Crab Effect’ or ‘Crab Mentality.’

These individuals serve as agents of chaos and operate unconsciously, often interfering in your journey of personal growth and evolution, as that is the fundamental archetype through which they function in this reality. Remember, the devil lies in the details, and information will often be used against the masses to confuse people and conceal the truth. It will be disseminated by those who claim to speak against the oppressors but are actually agents of the oppressors themselves. And the sad part is that some don’t know it. As we awaken to who we truly are and raise our consciousness, the veil of illusion becomes thinner, and we can discern the truth from lies, whether it is coming from those who are unconscious and think they’re doing something right driven by ego or those who are in an actual position of leadership and are intentionally creating confusion for the masses through impersonation and with hidden agendas.

Co-dependency & Traumas | Fraudulent Activists

This is all coming from a co-dependent system of the weak needing the savior and the delusional ego saving the weak, while both the weak and the savior are refusing to help themselves in the first place. It’s equivalent to the blind leading the blind. The only real change comes from each of us and begins by transforming our inner selves first. How much healing have these so-called activists done on themselves? How much have they awakened to who they are and a wider and all-encompassing understanding and perspective of reality, including their individual roles within society? There is no outside savior. Changing from within is the only way to truly save ourselves and others. It is indispensable to recognize these fraudulent artists who pose as activists so you don’t fall prey to their bias and unfounded opinions or beliefs, regardless of how well-intentioned they may seem or how kind and altruistic they appear.

These activists and con artists will cloak their energy and impersonate others because they lack a cohesive identity due to their severe unconscious wounding and hidden personality disorders. However, they will still flaunt their altruism in front of the world. But when you use your wise discernment and look carefully into who they are, especially by examining their true nature, you can readily discern the phoniness beneath their facade and that their so-called altruism reeks of ego from thousands of miles away. When you interact with them on a personal level, you will soon realize just how severe their control issues are. The terms “control freak” and “arrogant” are truly an understatement. It’s so easy to follow or support con artists and people who claim to be activists today and who are delusional enough to put themselves in the position of a leader and who, for the majority of the time, are pathological liars, narcissistic, neurotic, sociopathic, schizophrenic, and completely unconscious. And don’t be too skeptical, as history has already proved this true. One delirious man drove the entire world into conflict in WWII, and it serves as a vivid reminder of the impact of individual actions on a global scale. Never underestimate the personality disorders of those who are annoyingly boastful with a savior complex because they do not know themselves.

The majority of the world is unconscious and hasn’t even taken the very first steps toward becoming conscious. This involves resolving one’s innermost wounds, the undoing of the ego, or the transcendence of the ego, the inner child with its unresolved traumas and unconscious dispositions and unmet needs that are constantly trying to be met by controlling the external. Whether through other people, our actions, and the different directions we choose in life. Carl Jung called the inner child the part of the psyche that longs for wholeness or completion. When we take the very first steps towards our inner healing, our perspectives begin to shift and widen as we have healed and changed from within. We take accountability for who we are and begin to see the world and the role that people play in their own lives differently. We become discerning and highly selective in the individuals we choose to associate with, whether it pertains to our social circle, political affiliations, romantic relationships, and so on. You can find more information about the inner child archetype in my book HOW TO GET ON THE GOOD SIDE OF LIFE, available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

Well, where do I start? I’ve had this topic in mind for quite some time now, but for one reason or another, I just couldn’t find the right words to begin. Life, with its many lessons, is always revealing deeper truths, and divine timing and synchronicity never miss their mark but always conspire for these truths to echo in the fabric of existence through each of us in the form of experience and shared information. It’s time. We’re all hungry for knowledge more than ever, and these deeper truths about the nature of existence, reality, and the self are now piercing through the veil of outdated beliefs and misinformation to restore order in chaotic times. The new wave of the age of Aquarius has picked up momentum, and we are just at the beginning of shattering truths and mind-blowing facts about the fabric of reality with its complex but intuitive systems. I don’t know about you, but I’m psyched now more than ever. I feel that I am perhaps beginning to understand the patterns of time and existence and rising above it all instead of getting caught in the minute details and the intricate web of personal attachments. Meditation is key to regulating our nervous system during these chaotic times where the Universe, you, an intrinsic part of it, is asking to mirror what outdated beliefs need to go and what no longer serves you in making the quantum leap into your next optimum timeline.

The more I meditate on the true nature of what I am, the more questions arise. The distorted character of the mind, with its inherent and accumulated personality patterns conditioned through time, external circumstances, and forces outside our control, is now beginning to reveal itself more than ever. Something that has caught my attention lately is our ability to feel whole at any given moment and in any given state. Are we whole, even amongst heartbreak, sadness, loneliness, and grief? And what does it mean to be whole, and how can we reach such a state of neutrality and stillness when feeling temperamental, especially during unpredictable times in life?

The Heart

Our bodies consist of 12 main organs, and the heart is one of them. In today’s modern society, scientists have tried to discover the seat of consciousness by studying the brain. The brain is the control center of our nervous system, and it is located within the skull. But is the brain the only and true seat of consciousness, and what do ancient teachings teach us about consciousness? Many ancient cultures considered the heart to be the primary seat of consciousness and the key to accessing our inner wisdom. It was viewed as the seat of the soul, and the brain was viewed more like a processor. In the east, for instance, there is less distinction between the mind and heart than we like to give in the west. Now we can all acknowledge that heartbreak is real and that it feels real, no matter what scientific or spiritual meaning we’d like to come up with. I find it hard to say that the heart is simply an organ that pumps blood through our system, and I assume you would agree too.

Science, with its advancements, is now beginning to reveal what the ancients knew all along. And according to new research, we are now being oriented back to our hearts to find a fundamental key in the mind-body system. Some scientists now believe that the heart can function semi-independently as its own neural network, which means it can function as another brain center. The vagus nerve runs from the top of the spinal cord down to all the major organs in the body. This nerve needs to be strengthened to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the calm response, and counteract the sympathetic system, anxious fight, flight, and freeze response. In this post, you will find more information on how to activate the vagus nerve and trigger the parasympathetic system in times of stress. https://sentientmuse.com/5-best-strategies-to-regulate-stress-anxiety/

In the past, scientists believed that the brain was the command center that directs the rest of the body, including the heart. But the flow of communication isn’t just one way, and groundbreaking research has shown that the heart sends more information to the brain than the other way around. The heart responds to stimuli before the brain does and registers a response up to six seconds before external stimuli are even presented to us. This means that the heart intuitively knows what’s coming, and this is why the oldest wisdom teaching is still passed down in today’s world: listen to your heart. But why have so many people closed down their communication channels with their hearts? The most obvious reasons are pain and insecurity. And how can this channel of communication and flow of information be activated in us to give and receive more love and tune in to our most authentic expression of self? The mind-boggling answer to this question is heartbreak.

Heartbreak

An essential step in our spiritual development is to become more heart-centered, open this flow of communication between the brain and heart and break down all the walls, barriers, and blocks we have built to shut love out by neither giving nor receiving. Fear is at the root of it all, but it is more complex than we think. The Universe works in mysterious ways and has a surprising way of showing us what changes we need to make to reach our full potential in this lifetime and access a state of neutrality, non-duality, and fearlessness. When we think of awakening our heart center or heart chakra, we are not limiting ourselves to only one aspect of life, such as romance. But it includes your ability to improve your relationship with yourself and how you move through reality concerning your intentions and ambitions, what you want to create and accomplish in this lifetime, and what legacy you want to leave behind for your family and future generations. When we attract certain people into our lives that leave us feeling heartbroken, this is the Universe’s workings, in other words, your workings to help you reach your destination, your deepest desires aligned with your authentic self.

Remember, you are always the point of attraction in this fabric of existence, and depending on where your focus goes and in what areas you want to evolve at this particular time in life, you, the Universe, will conspire to bring the experience necessary for the quickest route to your desired achievement. Sometimes this means the most painful experience for your fastest and biggest growth. When you experience heartbreak, your heart isn’t breaking, but the walls you’ve built around it, brick by brick, are breaking. When you feel someone has torn your heart out of your chest, this is because the channels of communication between your brain and heart were blocked, and all the underlying reasons, whether trauma, insecurity, low self-esteem, or how you relate to the word deserving are all coming out into the open for you to witness. Sometimes we cannot pinpoint and conceptualize what is truly going on when we experience heartbreak. Still, subconsciously, we go through the motions of heartbreak and feel the pain of the process. In order to receive answers or conceptualize what is really going on when we experience heartbreak, we must meditate and stay open to becoming conscious of the experience already gained subconsciously through feeling and the grieving process.

Feeling Whole

When we focus on personal growth, at some point, we confront ourselves regarding our ability to feel whole and why we may seek others to do so, especially in romance. When we don’t feel whole, we often cling to romantic partners to do so. But why? Why is it so easy to feel whole in the arms of another? Why is it that we don’t see ourselves as whole? This is simply a matter of perception. You are already whole as you are, but you don’t know it. There is simply a hole in you, which is a direct reflection of a lack of self-worth. Fill that hole, in other words, change your perception, and you will feel whole. When I think of the concept of wholeness, a circle comes to mind. Feeling whole and complete is equivalent to zero, a circle with no beginning and no end. The beginning is the end, and the end is the beginning. What we can conclude from this is that within zero, within a circle, we are nothing but everything at the same time. But most people don’t think that way. We think we are something, but something means we are limiting ourselves. To say you are something or this way and not that way is limiting yourself. To become whole is to see everything and nothing and to know the difference between limiting yourself and seeing everything.

Y’all, I’ve had an epiphany! And unlike any of my previous epiphanies, this one has delivered the kind of cosmic insight that may offer the answers to some of humanity’s biggest questions. “Who are we?” “Where do we come from?” or “Why are we here?” In an attempt to expand my consciousness, I received information about such matters regarding our mission and purpose. While you’re reading this, I’d like to remind you to keep in mind that the thoughts and ideas I’ll share throughout the rest of the article are based entirely on my real-life experiences. This is nothing more than my personal interpretation of the messages I believe came to me from a Divine Source of higher consciousness during an intensely powerful meditation session where I received an instantaneous wave of new thoughts and understandings related to the spiritual connection of many awakened individuals on Earth. The info I received changed my entire concept of reality significantly. Along with some brand-new, fresh thoughts, I’ve also found clarity in some older beliefs that I had not yet comprehended. So, if my thoughts, ideas, and beliefs don’t resonate with you, I hope they offer positive energy to you in other ways. I can’t say without a doubt that this makes perfect sense for anyone else, but I feel the insight I’ve received is worth putting out into the world. Maybe I couldn’t be more incorrect, but what if I’m actually on to something? Just what if?

Awakening To Your Mission & Purpose

What if some of us are aliens? What if some of us are from the stars? What if we only look, think, and behave like humans because we’ve agreed to take on the human form to fulfill a purpose greater than any of us can begin to fathom? What if not every soul on Earth is here against their free will? The world we exist in isn’t home to all of us. What if Earth wasn’t just a planet, but it was our mission? Now, don’t let me get carried away. I can’t take credit for the ideology expressed above here. Those are the characteristics of intergalactic beings called “Starseeds.” The concept of Starseeds suggests that there are souls from higher densities that incarnate on Earth with the intention and duty to help awaken the collective consciousness of a planet controlled by shape-shifting alien elites. So, how can you point out a Starseed? Simple. You can’t. Not at first sight, anyway. Even the Starseed themselves aren’t automatically aware of their home origin and that they are here on a mission with a divine purpose. Actually, reaching the awareness of your outer space origin story is a massive part of a Starseed’s existence. And why might this be?

There are many theories as to why this is the case, but it would take far too long and way too much sidetracking to break that sort of information down at this moment. Instead, I’m going to take a look at a few possible explanations of some of the essential steps that make up a Starseed’s journey. Starseeds come in all different shapes, sizes, heights, ethnicities, genders, etc. But as I said before, it’s not an automatic memory available to a Starseed that they’re a Starseed here on a mission with a great purpose. So, how can one come to such an understanding? Well, there are many exercises and experiences in human existence that can help guide Starseeds to the realization that they are indeed from the stars. For instance, spiritual insight can come to anyone willing to open up to establishing a connection with the Divine. Such communication can be achieved through meditation practices, the study of advanced astrology and numerology teachings, as well as different types of hypnotherapies, i.e., past-life regression.

Forgetting For a Higher Purpose

Upon this realization, I suddenly began to question why this is so often the case for the majority of Starseeds. The answer came to my mind as quickly as the question. So, why is it that all Starseeds must take on the physical makeup of a human before being able to incarnate on Earth? After all, the way in which every Starseed begins existing in the 3rd-dimensional reality and as well as how they leave it, is the exact same way that all humans begin life on this planet. Both Starseeds and humans seem to come into this world with a brain that is a fresh slate and completely wiped off any previously obtained information from previous lives. An unfortunate truth for all humans when it comes to the fact that their own minds are controlled by an invisible dark force from the moment they are born. So, if Starseeds have a mission to exist in this dimension with a purpose to help guide humanity to its awakening and eventual ascension, why is it necessary for them to follow the same incarnation process and the negative side effects that go with it? Well, I’m excited to say that an answer to this question was a part of the message from the Divine that I received.

This was when I came to a newfound understanding that in order for a soul to become a part of the 3D material world, there obviously has to be a physical body that will contain their consciousness and allow them to exist on Earth. This, of course, means that a Starseed here on a mission with a purpose can only inhabit this planet if they take on the same Earthly form as organic humans. But when consciousness, or soul, originates from a dimension equal to or higher than the 5th, it’s reasonable to assume that these beings naturally maintain a vibration and frequency that exceeds the highest frequency that can exist in Earth’s 3-D reality. This would explain why it may be necessary for a Starseed to agree to incarnate on a lower frequency planet at a vibration that will allow them to interact in the physical world with those they’ve been sent to assist in ascension.

Perhaps, we must be stripped of our power, our wisdom, and all knowledge of who we are, where we came from, and why we’re here in order to begin our mission as a Starseed. I was so thankful for this recent idea behind why Starseeds are kept at similar disadvantages as the organic humans, aka Earthseeds. Why? Well, because until my latest understanding came to me, I had often found myself feeling as if the explanation was a much darker, more depressing one. The kind that centered around the belief that Earth is a trap and there’s a trick at play that prevents all souls imprisoned in the 3rd dimension from acquiring the knowledge and tools needed to break free from the control of the Matrix. Such negative thoughts can make it impossible to find the level of strength and power that would be essential to winning the battle for the light that is waging on Earth. Luckily, my latest insight has changed my view on the Starseed journey in a positive way. Breaking down the Matrix means a Starseed must make mandatory sacrifices that result in their ability to infiltrate the system by becoming a part of it.

Lessons & Re-incarnation

Now that I’ve shared my thoughts on why Starseeds must become completely human both physically and mentally, we can conclude that if part of the mission is to become human, another part must be discovering your “higher-purpose” reason for living. A Starseed cannot take on the duties of a Starseed until they become aware that they are alive for a grand reason. This explains why a big part of a Starseed’s existence involves hardships and constant life events that test their mental and spiritual strength. It’s as if Starseed’s are doomed to live such difficult and spiritually draining human lives. It’s through the dark, trying moments in a lifetime that Starseeds are forced to find their strength and discover the power of who they truly are and how important of a role they play with their mission in aiding humanity in its ascension from a 3D to a 5D reality. If you were to ask a Starseed if they had faced many struggles in their life building up to their understanding of their higher density origin and the purpose that brought them to Earth, I guarantee it would be the case for the majority.

So, if a difficult life is what helps us awaken to our truth, why is it often true that most Starseeds believe they’ve gone through multiple incarnations and have lived a large number of individual lives? What could explain the reason for so many Starseeds resonating with the belief that they’ve lived many lives since first incarnating on Earth? The belief that many Starseeds have been through many human incarnations may be There must be a reason we keep agreeing to reincarnate and come back to this terrible reality after each of our previous lifetimes. And this understanding is the answer to why Starseeds feel as if they’ve experienced a great number of incarnations and lifetimes. What if we come back over and over again, lifetime after lifetime, and we get a bit closer to figuring out the winning formula that will allow us to complete our mission on Earth?

Upon our physical death, I believe we cross over to a higher plane of existence where we are made aware of our original plan, where we came from, what we are supposed to be doing on Earth, as well as a recap of our previous incarnations and what we accomplished throughout them. And because we’ve yet again failed, we have no choice but to try again in another avatar with another plan for us in our next incarnation. It’s like we put together a script that will create the next life we are to live, but because of our failed attempts to successfully awaken the world, we try to create a better plan for our next life so that it may be the one that finally results in the success of our mission and purpose. After our previous attempt to free humanity from the Matrix, we have a chance to create a life and human existence that will be better suited for a quicker and more powerful awakening to who we are and what we’re supposed to be doing with our time on Earth. One that will make reaching a point of success much easier.

Multiple Lives | Mission & Purpose

We repeat the cycle of reincarnation with the understanding and information gained throughout our previous attempts to achieve humanity’s ascension. Eventually, the scripts we create for our next incarnation will result in the success of the Starseed mission. The details around this particular belief may explain why there seem to be mass spiritual awakenings that occur during certain generations. I realize that’s a lot of information to take in, so I’m going to break it down into some basic points and ideas of what I’ve come to feel is the true nature of reality. First, Earth is being controlled by dark energies that keep the organic souls of the planet trapped in a cycle of reincarnation. (Side note: the reason behind trapping the souls is because they’ve managed to create religions and faiths that make conscious-beings worship and adore them. They basically steal the divine power of the pure, sovereign souls of humanity by convincing them that they’re not divine and that they are unworthy of divine love. That they are weak and must be saved.)

Anyways, on to the second point. To help the trapped and controlled Earthseed beings, higher-vibrational beings called Starseeds agree to lower their vibration/frequency in order to incarnate into the lower-frequency Earthly dimensions so they can begin the process of recreating a human existence. It’s in this lower vibrational form and in the 3D Matrix control that Starseeds experience difficulties in human existence that result in the discovery of who they are and why they came to Earth. And lastly, I gave a possible explanation for the reason Starseeds seem to experience many incarnations and lifetimes over the course of their time in the 3D reality. The reason is that they are stripped of previously obtained knowledge at the start of every new life and, therefore, must incarnate multiple times until they are able to come up with the perfect script for their incarnation that will lead to the most effective guidance for humanity. Once that is achieved, the Starseed mission will be complete, and the humans imprisoned on Earth will experience humanity’s ascension when finally, all organic souls from the light are freed from the Matrix trap and begin the next phase of consciousness in the 5th dimension.

It’s all pretty wild and all over the place, but I just really feel like there’s a lot less to be scared of and a lot more to be open to at this point. Love is the most powerful thing in the universe, but fear is right there with it, and it’s a Starseed’s duty and purpose to bring the energy of divine love to the Earth. I feel like the masses are waking up at a faster rate than ever before. I feel like the Starseeds that are incarnating here to help the process are getting closer and closer to figuring out the formula for a human lifetime that will allow them to do the most amount of work that will yield the most powerful and large shift of them all. The shift that will end the Matrix and allows all organic souls to ascend to the beauty that exists outside the Matrix and its low-frequency darkness.
